“Richa Kapoor MOT,with over 20 years of experience, is a Gold Medalist Post Graduate in Occupational Therapy from Delhi University and Hamdard University. She is also certified in Sensory Integration from University of Southern California, USA.

She is Level 1 HWT Certified and also holds advanced certifications in Sensory Enrichment Therapy,MN Reflex Integration Methodology,USA and Prechtl’s Assessment of General Movements. She is Brain Gym 101 certified, and trained in Bayley’s Scale for Infant and Toddler Development. She has had her training with Eminent People in the Field of OT such as Jan Olsen , Paula Acquilla and Carol Kranowitz .

She is presently a Consultant with Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Max Healthcare, and Apollo Cradle. She has developed Early Stimulation Programs in the NICU of these reputed hospitals. She has vast experience in handling children with various developmental disorders from Preterm age to adulthood. She designs programs and effectively provides solutions for learning, academic, behavioural and social needs of the kids. Involving parents and other stakeholders for an overall developmental stimulation has been her forte.
She heads Sensitivity, Child’s Skill Enhancement Clinic and Early Intervention Centre. She has a team of highly skilled professionals and continuously strives to learn and apply the best possible evidence based therapeutic measures for all-round development of children at her centre.

She is also a Consultant with various reputed Schools of Delhi and has conducted workshops for therapists, teachers and Parents on various topics like Handwriting Strategies, Child Development Milestones and Managing Behaviour in Classroom. She has developed Learning Centre Teams for many schools to help children with special needs.
She has been extensively trained by the Founder of Handwriting Without Tears®, Jan Olsen, OTR and has undergone rigorous training in the US to become the first ever HWT® International Presenter. She has conducted workshops all across India to train therapists educators and parents on the Handwriting Without Tears Methodology.
She is also a Guide, Examiner & Visiting Lecturer for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Occupational Therapy courses at Jamia Hamdard & Indraprastha Universities.
She has been conferred with award of appreciation by the Chief Minister of Haryana Shri B S Hooda for her contribution towards Manual of Childhood Disability organized by Indian Academy of Paediatrics. Also awarded for her dedicated services by Academic Height and Bachpan Chain of Schools.She has been the Faculty and Organizing Committee Member for National Conference on Developmental Paediatrics’, Indian Academy of Paediatrics’.
