There is no medication or treatment to help mothers with excessive energy or low energy count. Although as young mothers you should be smart about time management and work out a schedule that works best for you. take a lot of breaks, get plenty of rest and drink lots of water throughout the day. Also, take naps, eat your meals properly and don’t overstress.
