I'm just sharing my views. Every day is not the same nor every hospitality centres/ hospital's/ clinics doesn't provide the same providence, nevertheless my experience with Apollo clinic RBI layout is very dissatisfying, as they don't seem to understand a layman's situation nor they are concerned about reasons on why someone wants to consult a doctor.
1. Management seems to be very lenient.
2. Doctors are not on time nor they wanted to attend the appointments.
3. Fact, its a service industry customers are the king but the feeling we had was that we were kind of serving them rather they doing it.
My suggestion, try looking at clinics which can geniunely help you. This is place is no good for patients... nor your appointments would be honoured by doctors. Please don't waste time n find a clinic or hospital who will help you with a smile.
Go there ONLY as a last resort with loads of money as they will take everything you got since they perform all the tests available in the world for a minor disease. One doctor suggest some test and then he consults another doctor and you end up paying both doctor for their consultation fee which is sky high, their suggested tests, for the tools and materials they use etc... Its a business for them and normal people suffer.
Too much delay in conducting the tests except blood test.
Makes the patients wait impatiently even after confirming appointment time for tests.
Seems shortage of technitions .
Cardiologist turns up late .
I believed Apollo has International standards and professionality but it was really adverse.
The staff in the clinic was really negligence and to complete the registration process took around 40 minutes to me and I have been waited around 1 hour to complete my ECG.
