Now they implemented token system with order. Consultation is too good, detail explanation of each report. Reached clinic at 8 but blood sample was collected at 9.30. It took 12 pm to complete all tests and asked us to visit clinic at 7 pm for consultation and reports. Over all experience is good. Still clinic can improve in below sections
1. They can fast up registration process and collecting blood sample.
2. They should try to provide reports and consultation on same time instead asking to come evening or next day which will be too helpful as Bangalore traffic is hectic.
Had a company sponsored annual health check-up on Saturday. I came on Friday evening (the previous day) to complete any registration/documentation and avoid delays the next day. Paid for an Executive Health check-up @4,875 for my wife as well. Was told it would take approximately 2 hours & to come on Saturday
morning at 8 am on an empty stomach.
We reached early at 7.40 am. Then the wait started. What should have been 2 hours stretched to 5 and half hours for me. The first fasting blood sugar test itself was done at 10. The centre was not equipped to handle the rush. They had upwards of 48 registrations and were totally disorganized. A lot of people including very Seniors citizens were forced to wait without food for their fasting blood & urine tests.
My wife's tests & consultation is yet to finish even at 8 pm. She was asked to come in the evening at 5.45 pm. People kept calling to remind us to be there at 5.45. When we reached she was again kept waiting till 7.45 pm. Then they asked us to come the next day because her reports weren't ready. We lost it then. Gave them a piece of mind and asked for a refund. Miraculously the report appeared. Still waiting to see the physician at 8 pm
Takes a long time.they given appointment at 7:45 am reached the same time taken up to 9:30 am for registration process only .later started taking samples from 11 am onward they kill the all most the day for making simple tests ...after 2 pm only left from the hospital .. No proper procedure in place to handle. Everyone is just waiting with blind face. Need to spend a whole day for your annual checkup. Have got the same done in other places much faster and better.
Please have someone to handle customers so as to maintain your brand.
Especially when it comes to annual health check during weekend there is always too much crowd you can expect . Though they know more people are going to come in during weekend hospital management is not ready to handle such rush. no proper process in place to process the request faster. Front desk people are reaching office very late and they left with one lady who process everything. People are coming here after 12 hrs of fasting and these guys should understand they cannot take 1 hr just to process the registration and billing. By the time they take the fasting blood already it is more than 12 hours And you are not going to get proper blood sugar result . It is going to vary because your liver already would have released some sugar to compensate the body need and energy . It is real pathetic . This hospital was doing good few months back and not sure why there is degradation in their performance. I am not going to visit again . :-(
Not a good experience i had when i went for a full body checkup for my parents opted for Apollo whole body checkup for my father and mother.Only part was good till i paid them the Bills.once i paid bill no one assisted them and i had to figure it out which test is done and also no planning,Staff there are least bothered of what you are asking and they keep you wait.
I had never been treated like this in any of hospital in Bangalore.They even try to skip few test by putting proxy.
Not at all recomended.Poor management.Lot of reports were missing which i had to figure it out.
